I ordered sunglasses from eyerim.de because the price was way better than what I saw in my local shop. I wasnt totally sure at first, but they arrived in good condition and they look original to me.

For the money, Im really happy with them. Delivery took a few days, but it wasnt a big deal. Id buy from them again if I come across another good deal.

"Fast and easy delivery"
I got my glasses way sooner than I expected. The tracking was clear the whole time, and the delivery was really quick with no issues at all, if that makes sense.

"Refund process was confusing and way too slow"
I had a frustrating experience with the return. At first it seemed like everything was going to be simple, but then I kept getting mixed signals about what was happening. The refund took weeks to come through, and support was really slow to reply whenever I asked for an update. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be

"Glasses arrived okay, but the whole thing felt average"
I ordered my glasses from Eyerim and they arrived in one piece, so that’s the main thing. The packaging was fine, but nothing special. The box had a dent on one side, and I was a bit worried before opening it, but luckily the glasses were safe inside. I do think they could pack things a little better for delivery. Also, when I tried to ask about it, I got transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, not terrible, just a average experience

The glasses arrived quickly, which was nice, but I personally wasn’t totally comfortable with the packaging and paperwork. I’m not saying they’re definitely fake or anything, but to me they just didn’t feel quite right

I spent some time scrolling through the different styles last weekend, and there were more options than I expected. After browsing for a little while, I finally found a pair that fit my face really well. My only complaint is that I wish the filter had been a bit easier to use, especially after looking through so many choices.

I ordered sunglasses from eyerim and, i was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually my luck with online orders. But this time it was actually smooth. I got the tracking email with the link quite fast, and I could check where the parcel was the whole time, which made me feel a bit less stressed about it disappearing somewhere. Delivery took about as long as they said it would, so no unnecessary drama for once. The package arrived safely and the sunglasses were in good condition. I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again

Ordered from eyerim after browsing a few brands like Ray-Ban and Polaroid. They also had cheaper options, so it was easy to compare in one place. A couple of colors/models I liked were already unavailable, so I went with my second choice. Still a good experience overall. 4 stars.

I used the virtual try-on before ordering and thought the glasses would look a certain way, but when they arrived they looked different on my face. The size and shape just felt off, even though I guess it did show me the frames online, so I kind of expected it to be more accurate. The website itself was fine to use, but the try-on feature didn’t really help me much. Bit disappointed overall.

The site was okay and easy enough to use, but the frames I really wanted were sold out. I ended up finding another pair that works, just not my first choice. Still a decent experiance overall.

The website was okay overall. I did eventually find the glasses I wanted, but it took a bit of searching. The filters were helpful, though some pages loaded slowly, and going back to the product list got kind of annoying. Checkout was clear enough, which I appreciated because I’m always a little cautious about making sure everything looks right before placing an order. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest or easiest shopping site I’ve used

This fits my face really well and doesn’t slip around, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I wore it while running errands, and it stayed in place the whole time. I even forgot I had it on for a bit while trying to remember what I went into the store for, which happens to me way too often. Overall, really comfortable and solid fit...

I had to exchange my glasses because the size wasn’t quite right. the process on eyerim.de was straightforward, and support got back to me in a reasonable time. I was a little annoyed because the new pair took longer than I expected, but whatever, it wasn’t a disaster. In the end everything arrived fine and the glasses are good. I’d say 4 stars

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t really sure what the next step was, so I emailed eyerim.de support and included my receipt just in case they needed it. They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a friendly, normal way. It didn’t feel like some copy-paste reply, which I really appreciated. They helped me fix the issue without making it confusing or drawn out. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely order again...

Customer service did get back to my emails, but the replies were a bit slower than I expected. My issue was sorted out in the end, so that’s good, but I feel like quicker responses would’ve made the whole experience better, you know?

"Glasses are okay, but sizing could be clearer"
I ordered a pair of glasses from eyerim and used the size information on the site, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. The frame sits a bit wider on my face than I thought it would. They’re not terrible and I can still wear them, but I do wish the sizing guidance had been clearer before I bought them. I also expected a faster response when I had questions, so that part was a bit disappointing.

"Good support in the end"
Had a small problem with my glasses so I sent in a warranty claim to Eyerim. They got back to me quickly and handled it without making it a big hassle. It took a few days to sort out, but all was fine in the end

The payment went through fine, so I can’t really complain too much. It did feel a bit slow, but maybe that was just on my end or I was being impatient.
